Store manager was extremely helpful after an online order promotional item was cancelled. He assured me that he would make it right, he just needed some time to talk to the appropriate people. After a few weeks he had everything fixed and got us the product we were supposed to get.

Really nice store. They have just about anything you need. They also have an extensive rental program. Easy in and out from the main road. Friendly people.

Love going to Ace, friendly service right away, clean store with a great selection. They helped me find an electric part that nobody else seemed to have.

I would love to give this 5 stars but right up front they are selling froggy lair which is small tank with two dwarf frogs in it. I've kept these for many years and the tanks they sell are extremely too small for one let alone 2 frogs. Outside of that the store is great.

This store is super clean and the staff are very helpful as well as knowledgeable.
